After a long time Microsoft has taken the request from O365 Customers and provided the Powershell Module for Lync online to manage Lync online user accounts and configuration similar to the Exchange Online Module with the help of Remote powershell.

Note:
Lync Online PowerShell Module requires Powershell 3.0 and this can be installed only on the servers that are listed in the compatibility list and also we should not install this on Exchange 2007 / 2010 Servers if we have them On premises in a Hybrid Exchange Environment as this breaks the Update Roll-ups .
