ITIL 2011 - The Big Picture

ITIL is not a new term for our IT folks, Most Organizations has accepted this world renowned IT Service Management framework and using it in their day to day activities, having some basic idea on how this framework functions and how it benefits our IT Infrastructure makes our job easier.
