Microsoft 365 Certified: AI Services Administrator Associate validates your ability to configure, manage, secure, and govern Microsoft 365 tenants, workloads, and AI services — including Copilot, agents, and connected AI capabilities.
To earn it, you'll need to pass: Exam AB-650: Administering Microsoft 365 and AI Services (currently in beta)
- Configuring and managing Microsoft 365 tenants and workloads
- Securing and governing Copilot, agents, and connected AI capabilities
- Protecting data and information across users and agents
- Operating and continuously optimizing AI services at enterprise scale
- Collaborating across identity, security, compliance, and endpoint teams
Recommended background: experience with Microsoft 365 workloads and Microsoft Entra ID, an understanding of Defender XDR, and familiarity with Microsoft Graph PowerShell.
