Hierarchical Address Book now available in Office 365 earlier it was made available only with Exchange 2013 On premises and now it is available with Office 365 and the configuration remains the same which is outlined in the EHLO blog post below with clear details. Also for Hybrid deployment Microsoft is working towards a solution so that On premise and Cloud user can both utilize the HAB feature seamlessly.
