Microsoft team released the new Office 365 Mail Flow Troubleshooter today which is a guided walk through that provides you step by step instructions to troubleshoot mail flow issues in Office 365 Environment inclusive of fully hosted Cloud Environment and Hybrid deployment supporting both Internal and External mail flow issues.
Troubleshooting Mail flow issues is quite a difficult task as it involves us to concentrate on multiple areas, and this Troubleshooter is a quite a good utility for identifying and fixing this issue with proper steps at ease.
